NRA, you dont really care for the 2nd Amendment, you are opportunistic. Second Amendment is as important as 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th and so on, and it is not an "Absolute" without exception. If it was, then go get a grenade, RPG, Missiles e.t.c. They are all "Arms" or Weapons. Right?. If you think it is not okay to have grenade or RPG, that will be considered to be an exception to the Second Amendment. Right? If there is an exception to the Second Amendment, then this right is not an "Absolute". Right? Then what is the beef? I ask you again what is the beef? Do you want to live life like the Founding Fathers back in 1700's? If so how can we facilitate you to go back in the past while we chose to remain in this future? Please educate us Mr. right. We would like to know because Gun lovers like us we would like to know and make no mistakes, we are in this together no matter what.

NewTown, Connecticut Shooting Tragedy

"State police lead children from Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., after the shooting. Students had huddled in closets and corners as the carnage unfolded. (Shannon Hicks, Newtown Bee / December 14, 2012)" By LA Times

On Friday, December 14^th 2012, a gun man entered Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut and gun down killing 20 children and 6 adults. Sadly, kids that he targeted were as you as 5 to 10 years old. 20 innocent lives were snatched out of their parents, siblings, relatives, friends, classmates, community and this great nation of all hands by this gun-man. What these kids did to deserve such heinous killing that sorrows every household in America? Why these five to 7 years old? What did they do to deserve this? Whatever that may be said hereafter is not, should not and will not justify this tragedy and its entirety. What happened here is beyond human recognition and combination of a lot of things in the making for so long now.

Introduction to the Organization and Its Leadership

This student is working for a Not-For-Profit (NFP) organization that was established in 1833 providing a caring culture to support needy women and children through a foundling asylum program. The NFP organization’s initial programs have changed over the duration of time, but the needs of the clients, communities and families are still the same; i.e. to feel dignified, to receive comfort, to obtain guidance that mature, flourish quality and include productive human values. The mission of the NFP organization is to empower children, adults and families to build brighter futures; whereas its values are within its team of employees who are loyal and represent pride respect, optimism, accountability, leadership and service to others. The NFP organization leadership aim is to have a vibrant and learning organizational culture. For example, Fagiano (1994), talked about requirements for creating successful corporate culture change that is not only part of statements or philosophies; but rather from leadership and management collectively to consistently back up what they say with their actions strengthening the “change” attitudes at all levels and on the daily activities.

A day that most of us join fellow family members and close friends together celebrating a good meal, thanking God and catching up with where we left last year.

May God bless you all in this Thanksgiving. Enjoy your time with family and friends. Eat the good meal to nourish your body, which is the temple of God, and you spirit which is the resemblance of God. Also the Quality Time with family members is the most precious thing one can get, don't miss or ruin it. Teach your offspring the true value of Thanksgiving and not just the meal (Big Bird-Turkey, Color greens, Potato salad, Corn bread, Staffing, Mash potatoes and of course The American Pie), also the spiritual meaning of thanking God for the harvests and everything.
