Shout-Out To Education and Getting Educated!

Information is an important part of knowledge and knowledge is power. Both acquiring information and getting skills and experience is to be knowledgeable and educated. Hence, Education is key to better life and to get educated is to acquire a disciplinary experience, skills, knowledge and information about something that is intended to improve and or develop the humanity in one way or the other. One can be book-smart without getting educated. Such person is someone who scores "A"s, graduating with flying-color grades, but struggles to to put in place the education he/she acquired in a meaningful ways, to improve himself and the humanity.  

Therefore, there are very unique people who accomplished graduate education/studies while working, taking care of their families and be responsible member of the society at the same time without any outside help whatsoever.  I salute and respect them and their endeavors, thus far. It is apparent that their spouses and children, loved ones, sacrificed a great deal in their partners' and parents' graduate studies endeavor. In this case, I salute my beautiful wife and kids for being there for me always and in this challenging time; and I thank the almighty God Jehovah for all he has granted onto me all my life as I'm pursing the end of graduate studies, tackling job related difficulties, be responsible parent to our beautiful children and be an active member of the bigger family and society at large. Prays be to God in trinity, Amen.

Abstract:

This research paper is focusing on, “How Information Systems as Form of Information Technology Transformed the Role Of Human Resources At Vanderheyden Hall Inc.”. HR is made up of individuals who are the workforce of the agency, and HR Department is the union between employees and the agency management. However, the HR department functions within Vanderheyden Hall Inc. is accountable for the overall responsibility for implementing strategies and policies relating to the management of all employees, the agency’s daily activities while transcribing and enforcing the agency’s policies that are rooted from the mission statement and vision of Vanderheyden Hall Inc. There, is where we find a massive involvement of the Information Technology (IT) Department that is solemnly accountable to monitor and put in place Information Systems (IS) that collects data, facilitates and makes HR Department jobs easy, effective and efficient.  At Vanderheyden HR Department, collaborating with the IT Department has improved the success of using middle management. Vanderheyden Hall, as the Community and Human Services/Healthcare, Not-For-Profit agency, has been successful transforming itself into effective and efficient departments by using Information Systems (IS), which are well managed by its investment in the Information Technologies (IT) that are monitored by its IT Department working closely with the Human Resources Department insuring the desired out comes. However, like many other businesses in America, Vanderheyden is suffering the loss of man-to-man (face-to-face) contacts and its benefits that can also be beneficial and has proven so in the past. The critique is to balance and be professional.

Mr. Zimmeman is "Not Guilty". He is free man walking. I predicted this because Jurors are not God to get into Mr. Zimmerman's head and figure out how terrified of his life he was to shot Mr. Martin, or how hateful he was to pursue and kill Mr. Martin even after he was told by dispatcher to stop following him. Lesson for all, "Justice" is about the process and not the outcome, that's why it is important to remember that only God render justice.

How Can Tanzania Respond To The Attention That Is Getting From The World's Largest Economies i.e. US and China?  This is valid question for every Tanzanian to ask himself or herself. No doubt that Tanzania has received huge attention from both China and the United Ustates of America. Make mistakes, these are the world's largest economies and economic powerhouse of the global markets, although their ratio and magnitude is hugely varried, Tanzania is in the middle of it and no doubt about it at all.

The New Chinese president, his first tour was in Tanzania, about 3 months ago from today; First president to meet with President Obama at White House after 2009 inauguration was Tanzanian President Kikwete; President Bush, Clinton (with their wives/First Ladies) and Bill Gates have made Tanzania their second home; and All US presidents touring Africa, starting with Bill Clinton must stop by Tanzania and spend chink of time there. What is it there? Whatever that is Tanzania loves them and loves America, no doubts about it. American culture has great influence there and it is good thing.

I didn't want to do this, but i have to. 5 years today, we lost our dearest beloved Father, Mawalimu Valerian Senior. R.I.P. Baba Pendo. We love you and we believe to meeting you again in the eternal peace. Because we believe and we are believers. I also would like to take this very opportunity to remember your parents Babu and Bibi, your brothers and sisters who are passed and survived by Aunt Florentina. May they also Rest In Peace and we miss them as much as we miss you because they were always parent figures to us and will always be.

Baba, we wish you could be here with us and your siblings ripping the fruits of your hard work raising and teaching us. Biblical Human Psychology Taught By My Fathers

One will wonder why the title says that I numeral or plural Fathers! It is because we all have more than one Father. Everyone has biological Father, Guardian or Step Father, Role Model or Father Figure, Spiritual or God-Father and above all our Father Who Art In Heaven Lord God Jehovah. They all have meaningful landmark in our presence and life as whole. They have taught us something significant in our lives and they have raised and protect us during the time that we were and when we are vulnerable and defenseless, in our childhood, old age, sickness and all the times of need we have been and we will be through, they have been there for us and thus makes them to be titled as “Our Fathers”.

As we all know that the law that triggered the ongoing Sequestration was passed by US Congress and signed by US President back in 2011 during the end of the year Grand Bargaining. Many of us and the media have put the focus of the ripple effects mainly on the Defense and recently FAA. About teachers, our kids and school taxes

A must read story about teachers, our kids and taxes we pay for primary education. "Teachers' hefty salaries are driving up taxes, and they only work 9 or 10 months a year! It's time we put thing in perspective and pay them for what they do - babysit! We can get that for minimum wage. That's right. Let's give them $3.00 an hour and only the hours they worked; not any of that silly planning time, or any time they spend before or after school. That ...would be $19.50 a day (7:45 to......... 3:00 PM with 45 min. off for lunch and plan-- that equals 6 1/2 hours). Each parent should pay $19.50 a day for these teachers to baby-sit their children. Now how many students do they teach in a day...maybe 30? So that's $19.50 x 30 = $585.00 a day. However, remember they only work 180 days a year!!! I am not going to pay them for any vacations. LET'S SEE.... That's $585 X 180= $105,300 per year. (Hold on! My calculator needs new batteries).What about those special education teachers and the ones with Master's degrees? Well, we could pay them minimum wage ($7.75), and just to be fair, round it off to $8.00 an hour. That would be $8 X 6 1/2 hours X 30 children X 180 days = $280,800 per year. Wait a minute -- there's something wrong here! There sure is!The average teacher's salary (nation wide) is $50,000. $50,000/180 days = $277.77/per day/30 students=$9.25/6.5 hours = $1.42 per hour per student--a very inexpensive baby-sitter and they even EDUCATE your kids!) WHAT A DEAL!!!!Heaven forbid we take into account highly qualified teachers or NCLB...Make a teacher smile; re-post this to show appreciation ♥ all you out there!Share". I endorse this plan because children and parents will partcipate to improve the system, it will significantly lower our school taxes and improve neghbourhoods and communities, it will improve the standard of education and make both parents/children and teachers responsible. We need politicians with back bones to stand up for this education plan plan that will possitively reform our tax codes. You cant put the ownership of school system to only the homeowners and excluding students, parents and teachers who are the main player and sole direct beneficiary, and expect anything positive to come out of it. It is inconsiderate and destroying the fabric of our community, education. Go Figure!

Democracy is root of the freedom, that all men are created equal endowed by the creater to with equal rights. Democracy that gives freedom is everything a human being wants. Being wealthy without democracy is like have a lot of money that you cant spend freely on the very thing that you need for survival, then being wealthy become useless. Democracy is not imposed, rather it is incorpored in the culture as community and socity. It is organic and not self serving. It gives everyone a right to do, protect and carry out life without reservation. It empowers and streghthen humanity as free community and society.
