It is with no argument that "God Created a Soul, a soul is to please God, and soul gives back to God in serving other souls". We have heard and seen so many scientific development in both nano and biological technology, but so far all scientific improvements have not explained what is is a 'Soul", who makes it and if a human can make a"Soul".
For Fathers and Mothers, see the challenges and importance of leading the family (children and teenagers life) to share the family values in this very harsh world. Fatherhood role is divine, God-given to manhood. Parenting comes with great responsibilities. It takes a man to raise a boy into manhood motherhood alike raising a girl into a woman. Are you doing your Godly given duty? Be responsible.

Organizational Development: Achieving Innovation and Success - Article Review
The
Achieving Innovation and Success:
Organizational Learning article is elaborating the system wide interventions
that surge customer approval by a cyclic diminutive process to retort on which
will decrease cost and produce advance products and services; as well as emphasizing
the importance of becoming the successful learning organization that is able to
articulate new technologies, which will fasten production and readily
accessible markets competitively (Brown, 2011).
The world and its people are changing, therefore, successful
organizations need to change and above all keep up with change.
Organizational Development: Planned Intervention Final Project
Organizational
Development (OD) is the process whereby management is made up of internal and/or
external experts assuming leadership, while putting into effect continuous
effort through a variety of regenerative changes and solutions through programs
(Brown, 2011). The effective OD has both short and long term programs with
goals, which are aimed to enable the endurance of the learning organization
practice. Changes that are solutions to problems are a regenerative process. OD
practice is when the practitioner(s) use OD intervention techniques to operate programs
that lead its organizational practices allowing it to grow through managing
changes and challenges within contemporary competitive global markets. The
major change for this generation is the vastly technological gains that lead
this digitization era.

An Experiential Case Study of Leadership Issues Within The Organization
An Experiential Case Study of Leadership Issues Within
The Organization
Mr. Valerian B-K. Masao II
Management-Leadership
Introduction
to the Organization and Its Leadership
This student is working for a
Not-For-Profit (NFP) organization that was established in 1833 providing a caring culture
to support needy women and children through a foundling asylum program. The NFP
organization’s initial programs have changed over the duration of time, but the
needs of the clients, communities and families are still the same; i.e. to feel
dignified, to receive comfort, to obtain guidance that mature, flourish quality
and include productive human values.
The mission of the NFP organization is to empower children, adults and families
to build brighter futures; whereas its values are within its team of employees
who are loyal
and represent pride respect, optimism, accountability, leadership and
service to others. The NFP organization leadership aim is to have a vibrant and
learning organizational culture. For example, Fagiano (1994), talked about requirements for creating
successful corporate culture change that is not only part of statements or
philosophies; but rather from leadership and management collectively to consistently
back up what they say with their actions strengthening the “change” attitudes
at all levels and on the daily activities.
Happy Thanksgiving 2012!
Happy Thanksgiving to you all and your love ones. Thanksgiving is both spiritual and family tradition. Today all over America we are celebrating Thanksgiving. A day that most of us join fellow family members and close friends together celebrating a good meal, thanking God and catching up with where we left last year.
May God bless you all in this Thanksgiving. Enjoy your time with family and friends. Eat the good meal to nourish your body, which is the temple of God, and you spirit which is the resemblance of God. Also the Quality Time with family members is the most precious thing one can get, don't miss or ruin it. Teach your offspring the true value of Thanksgiving and not just the meal (Big Bird-Turkey, Color greens, Potato salad, Corn bread, Staffing, Mash potatoes and of course The American Pie), also the spiritual meaning of thanking God for the harvests and everything.
Enjoy your Thanksgiving.

Management: Examine Your Organization and Leadership
The
organization that this student works for does honor trust and fosters open
communication by using a number of programs such as mandatory biweekly
supervision meetings between program managers and Direct Care Workers
(DCW)/employees, strengthen the open door policy, whereby DCWs can walk in to
any supervisor and discuss their issues of concern, and the readily available
cellphones, internets and intranet networks are available for DCWs to
communicate their daily activities and issues of their concern faster without
dissertation of the third party’s involvement. The new CEO understands that
trust and open communications comes from the organization’s ability to tap on
its employees’ interpersonal abilities which will make
a difference interacting one another by improving the over-all communication
skills (Newson, 2010).
