List of three things that I learned about implementing a management information system in human services agencies.
I have learned that in order to implement a management information system in human services agencies one has to recognize systems as outlined by Rapp and Poertner (1992, page 97-100), that information system is divided into three types, each one with different purposes. For example House keeping systems, as automatic basic routine processing information that are used to increase efficiency and accuracy such as payrolls and paying supplies. My organization conduct automated information for Medicare/Medicaid of individuals and instant recorded criminal and traffic violations of employees from authorities, for consumers’ safety. On the other hand Decision Support Systems are best evidence-based practices, results of program evaluation, other demographic and assessed needs. (Lewis, Lewis, Packard 2007 page 195) . Decision Support Systems have no much role in the human service organization as Performance Guidance Systems have.

The healthcare system in America is a mess; although the medical needs of the very poor are covered adequately by Medicaid, Medicare and SCHIP vast middle class Americans do not have access to the affordable healthcare. About 46 million uninsured Americans (majority are middle class), have no health insurance at all. Millions of people who are suddenly unemployed and underemployed have lost their employer-based insurance or are simply not able to afford the premiums and other out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. I will take position in this paper that healthcare in America should be considered a basic human right; that we can learn from the healthcare experiences and systems in other countries, such as Switzerland and the new Obama Administration seems to be headed in the right direction, but needs to do more. This paper identifies five problems of current healthcare and offers eleven specific proposals that will do much to revive our ailing healthcare system and make America great.

On Mr. Najiri’s case, physician may have raised a serving no usefulness purpose of medication to Mr. Najiri’s condition that justifies discontinuation of artificial means of life support due to Shiite Muslims belief. However, the physician justified his/her position that Mr. Najiri’s brain dead means no life, and no medical treatment is possible according to main stream American values when he/she said that “in the United States brain death is death” {Tong, 2007 p.286}. Regardless of Shiite Muslim faith, since Mr. Najiri is in America and physician has pronounce his brain dead and further ruling out that since Mr. Najiri’s brain is dead “the hospital will no longer continue to support his cardiac functions artificially”. {Tong, 2007 p.186}. Because professionally physicians are trusted by American community to evaluate and treat patients and that only a physician can pronounce death, on Mr. Najiri’s case the family members would have to abide by physician’s decisions or transfer him to another hospital outside of America for further treatment that can fulfill their faith and belief of death.

Case study #2 raised a very interesting and ambiguous question for many of us to answer with certainty that the directions of rapid occurring change in the healthcare industry is predictable or can be beneficial to owners, staffs and patients. Considering what the U.S. Congress’s Office of technology has warned that the rate of development is too fast for proper monitoring of the effects and threats that the foundations of the most secure American businesses might be in danger. In this case, Nursing Home facilities are the backbone of the American healthcare businesses and its foundation is facing uncertainty as technology is expanding yearly. For example, according to Allen, J. E. (2008) reveled that in the 1980s nursing home nurses were well thought-out to be working at lower technology intensity compare to hospital nurses. That is somehow still the truth today. Nurses in the nursing home are still struggling to catch up with toys changing hi-technology something that is increasingly challenging the nursing home and healthcare industry in general. Open systems theory is an important component of modern management that recognizes and allows interactions with one another to allow change. I learn from the text, Lewis, Lewis, Packard 207, chapter 4 p.78, that Open system theorist recognizes rationality within organization is limited by internal factors and external factors. My situation is when I use to work overnight at my facility one of my core worker use to come and mop the floors and go lay down until morning. I use to work as an AMAP- a person who passes meds, in charge of the shift and overall general welfare of the 12 individuals in the facility. In this instance some behavioral individuals will be getting up, he won’t come until when I call or yell for help. Sometimes it took him sometimes because he puts TV volume up in the living room where he lays down. I reported him twice to the overnight manager but nothing happened to him so I did not bother, because all documentations of overnight shift were mostly documented by me so I was straight.

At the facility I work with, I was surprised overhearing a new coordinator as a facility management representative to the organization insisting that her process of cleaning the house she will not hire/promoting in-staff members to the managers’ position; rather she will promote or hire facility’s managers from outside of the organization or different division staffs. I believe that this model will create bad perceptions not only to me personally, but also to any staff-member from my facility. Since she took management in the facility late last year, she hired two managers, one from different setting division, another one new recruit, they did not last more than three months because of nature of setting of my facility and individuals. Normally, before the new coordinator, managers’ position use to be by promoting floor staff members to the manager’s position. It gave the managers’ a sense of awareness of individuals, staffs, and well experienced the responsibilities and duties of the staff members. In the new system, managers found themselves working with total strangers, in strange settings, and strange individuals, and they would burn out very quick. Also some staff members were reluctant to support these new managers, something that made their job very difficult and stressful. For example, “Honest disagreements emerge because well-intentioned staffs feel strongly about fundamental directions”. (Brody, R. (2005), page 369)

Human service as a social work profession is a widely developing field profession because of human deeds. Human needs are classified as unique because we are all unique, and we all use or need a unique ways to solve our problems. For sure no one has a formula to resolve all our problems, and to all of us, just like it is in the physics, chemistry or mathematics. But for sure we have a format that can be useful and applicable to some of us; since we are unique and requires unique approach to solve an individual ways, format cannot be applicable to all of us. However, it is in my attention that format of resolving our problems so as our clients’ is application of “ethical decision making” by relaying on ethical principles as are listed in the Kenyon text book page 7.

CHAGGA people are Bantu-speaking indigenous Africans and the third largest ethnic group in Tanzania. They live on the southern and eastern slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro (the volcanic mountain that is the highest mountain in Africa and second highest mountain the world after mountain Evarest). Mount Kilimanjaro is in the Kilimanjaro Region, its capital is Moshi, the Chagga Land. The relative wealth of Chagga people comes from the favorable climate of the area, also from the successful agricultural methods which include extensive irrigation systems and continuous fertilization practiced for thousands of years. Chagga people are one of the first tribes in the area to convert to Christianity something that may have given them social-economic advantage over other ethnic groups, due to better access to education and health care as that came with Christian missionaries.

What a sad twist about Steve Jobs searching for his biological father? I would not want to be his biological father, never, even in a million years. We are talking about Apple Brainer here. Okay, we are discovering that his father was successful business man who was running a very popular and successful restaurant at Silicon Valley, CA. We all know what Silicon Valley, CA mean, the capital of the world’s electronics software inventions that transformed our ways of living into literally the digital generation. What is worse is that his father knew him, saw him come into his restaurant couple of times but never attempted to reach out, and when Jobs discovered that his father was that successful business man that he had been in his popular restaurant infuriated him. Teen Pregnancy Is Red Flag In The American Society:
As father, I have this growing fear from the alarming increasing number of teen pregnancy in the American Communities. What I don’t understand is what is the outcome of all these in the years to come? How will this shape our future society, generations and most of all the American's Standing in the world Stage? Are we going to enjoy the benefits of America as leading society that every one in the world is attracted to and aspired to be? Are we going to lead on researches, economic powers, military mighty, democratic supporters, and most of all liberators to the oppressed? Or we are going to be seen as bunch of clowns whose society is rooted from teen-pregnancy society, single moms’ generation and welfare dependency community? Because don’t get me wrong, society as whole is going to pay the price of these outstanding numbers of teen pregnancy because they are rooting for single moms/parents and most of all for welfare dependency that will completely crush the so called middle class in America, if any is left from the recent recessions, wall street bail outs and housing bubbles hanging on the edge. Homeowners are so squeezed to bail out the communities, yet tax paying citizens are squeezed to sporadic spending. Teenagers today feel the only hope is to get pregnant and get welfare, this is hard knock life reality

Many said that he ruled by sword and today he certainly died by the sword. He was killed by his own people that he pretended that he stood for while he brought them tyranny for full four decades plus. Free mind is the best holly gift and incentive God ever gave to man kind. Gaddafi and many dictators failed to understand that freedom is the God’s given gift to every one regardless of who and what we are. You can fool some peoples for sometimes but no one can fool all peoples all the times. Therefore, true and God talented leaders understands that they have to assure that their peoples' true freedom is not touched and or taken away because God will revenge on such leader(s). This is why you saw that many African leaders , majority of them leading like dictators to their peoples, undemocratically did not understand and or appreciate the freedom of peoples of Libya; because they also don’t understand and or appreciate their own fellow citizen’s freedoms and the divine based on God’s instructions. But however, you saw democratic countries understood and supported peoples of Libya yawning and thirst of freedom they never have and Gaddafi was in their way to it; Gaddafi had to go for them to enjoy their freedom. Remember king Herod was on the way of Jesus coming? But because Jesus had an alternative to move out and a come-back, God spared Herod, but when Herod became more arrogant to his state-men God punished Herod because no one can take away what is given by God ungodly.

Live your life like Each day is the last Day because some Day it is true... Even People who want To Go to heaven don Want to Die..." He was right because with such mindset in your head everyday you will never waste your Precious last Day In Life chasing wind and who knows what. That's what some people need, to be injected, in their brain and use their potentials to Better Their future and their loved ones, especially when they are long gone. I mean that plan to leave wealth and wealth infrastructure for your family instead of debts and losses. Take leasons from the Holly Bible, such as 1 Timothy 5:8, that if anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for his immediate family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.

GOP Politics On FEMA - The Irene Victims Are Real Souls In Need Right Now
How in the world GOP dare to cut FEMA's $$$ and try to bring it in its knees? Why they didn't do it during Spring when Mississippi River flooding that affected many of GOP constituency but now they see it's okay to cut on Dem strong hold for Irene and Lee Victims? You know that up-here still people don't have roads, electricity or homes until today? You guys said no to Obama from his inauguration day anyways, and stop been hypocrite. Yes he has done some wrong stuffs just like any other Precedents and human being; but hypocrisy of GOP is unprecedented and could be interpreted as unpatriotic and selfish because people are suffering, and these are good Americans, brothers and sisters. We all know history and dark side of this great nation, and yes there are some and few who cant believe that Black Man is in the "White House", but we have to be careful as nation because we are in this together as our founders said during Revolutionary War that " We will rise and fall together regardless" or FDR on Fear as Fear Itself.

10 Years After September 11th 2001
The September 11th 2001 tragic, attack on American soil-the free world, is the day that changed all dynamics of our way of life and how we interact one another, from between individuals to among nations of the world. Is the day that waked American and people of the world that terrorism is the number one enemy of mankind. Today, 10 years later, we are coming together as we have always been, to remember the innocent lives that were lost and to once again comfort the families, friends and communities that endured such brutal attack from the cruelty of the terrorists. New Yorkers and Americans have proven terrorists(im) wrong, that attack on Americans will not tear apart the pillars of this nation as proclaimed by our founding father; that “We The People…… We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Declaration_of_Independence Once again as it is in our History book, Pearl Harbor attack that lead American involvement in WWII, these values still stands firm and unshaken. Steve Harvey The Greatest Example Of The Fatherhood Life To The Needy Boys
Ladies and Gentleman, Mr. Steve Harvey, as usual and always brings joy to fatherhood spirit lovers and mostly to the boys that craving for fatherhood figure in their lives so that they too one day can pass on such spirit to their own kids, and the dream lives-on. It is hard to be a man without been raised by one. Manhood spirit, especially fatherhood is the tradition that is passed on to us and nurtured from boyhood to manhood. Too often fatherhood responsibly get confused to boyhood and mostly manhood. One can be both man and a boy but completely fail to be a father. Fatherhood comes with greater responsibilities that other innocent lives/life depends on you. Fatherhood is the fine line to walk-through because it does indeed impact other lives/life (wife's/mother's, child's/children) dramatically; and especially if fatherhood role is misconstrued. Fatherhood life is the maturity of both boyhood and manhood in a series manner. Often one cant skip boyhood and or manhood and become successful in fatherhood. Also one dont learn manhood or Fatherhood from school, rather by been raised by one. My worry is that too many boys stuck in between childhood and manhood and dont get to become fatherhood even though they bear children. Fatherhood is not only the ability of man to bear children, rather to bear and raise them responsibly. This is the great dilemma of our society today that we need a lot of Steve Harvey now to transform this dilemma and make corrections before we loose bearings of this very important quality and valuable society variable.

Happy Birthday America.
Today, July the 4th 2011, we are celebrating, USA, her 234th year after the independence. The most notably terms of the USA declaration of the independence, were “We The People” as an opening statement. These are the sacred words in the living Constitution of the USA. These word helped the Founding Fathers to put the greatest foundation on freedom, individual liberty and pursue of happiness that are strengthen in the bill of rights of which the democratic world enjoys today. Thanks be to America, the Founding Fathers, who yawning for peace to all without discrimination. What makes America great is when you can find trace of every creed, person, nationality, tribe, clan, tradition, language and nationality in America, and living free life as functional society without any discrimination. They all feel welcomed because of the living document that governs this greatest nation of all, The USA Constitution. It solemnly supports all peoples regardless so long one is a law abiding citizen, something that foster immigration from all corners of the world and promoting individual liberty. The combination of these values, freedom, individual liberty and pursue of happiness makes the American society stand firm and stronger always. These are truly human rights values that every free mind aspires to attain at any cost. As we seek to form the perfect union, “United We Stand” on these fronts. We can be distracted but we cannot be forgotten neither defeated because she helps us all forge the common value of all peoples. I dare to say that there is no any other nation like America in the world, and there is not even a clue of any nation close to America. If one wants to see the world, then I urge you to come to America because you will save yourself trips to many continents, countries, communities, creeds, tribes, beliefs, traditions, clans and families all over the world while you could see and experience them in the sub-world America. America is indeed the pillar for the Democracy, Freedom, Liberty and Self Governance to all people and without discrimination. Preserve The God Given Gifts (Serengeti National Park) And Pass It To Our Kids and Generations To Come As The Great Generation Passed It Onto US; It Is Our Obligation To God And Our Offspring.
Tanzanian leadership is so corrupt. They are bribed and dont care about the heritage and prestige of the nation and its people rather their personal gain. Look, learn and observe how things are done in that part of world, just corruption and personal gain decisions making leaders we have down here. People are so poor and illiterate to the point that they vote for someone in the high office for just a kilogram of rice, beans and sugar. This is someone who will make decisions that will affect you and the generations to come, but if you are not informed, you have no way of knowing it. Regular/ordinary people in the towns and villages are suffering and facing so much problems from the disconnect they face by the leadership style. No hospitals, no water, no power/electricity, no way of meeting the basic needs, and the funny thing they dont know it, they think that the rest of the world is living life just like them. They are so fooled by the leadership that anything foreign is not good and it is the neo-colonialism; and they are terrified of the colonialism coming back than their own quality of life. I won’t be surprised that the leadership is corrupting its way to construct this high highway in spite of the resistance ordinary people are still showing. They have made up their mind. Look at the new markets of the Ivory and pouching of Rhinos and Elephants due to the great demands of the Asia's booming economies that has its foot print in East Africa (EA). To understand problem of this magnitude, you have to look beyond words and at the bigger and brighter picture. Look how China and its cheep products and manpower are in fluxing and influencing the region. The corrupt leadership thinks, or feels obligated or pressured to give their backdoor dealers a nice deal, a new road to harvest the ivory and transport them easily to their Asian markets; or a very expensive contract that really has no benefit to Tanzanian in the long run. All precious animals will die soon, the people of the world will have no a game reserve with wild and the BIG 5 to watch, rather going to the zoos in the West and domesticated animals in Asia. Then what?

Tanzania: Country Results Profile. Really?????
Tanzania Has made progress economically but still corruption and ordinary people are feeling the pain. Until the political structure is reformed to have equal justice system that don't have favoritism that ultimately roots corruption, we will make 5 steps ahead and go back 6 steps. Look at cars importation, it is corruption on the steroids. A regular Tanzanian cannot afford to import a car unless he/she pay back-door fee and get his/her car cleared. What is the purpose of Government to charge more than 80% on cars? Tanzania don't make cars? Higher tariffs are mean to protect internal products. Now look at sugar, textile, steel and agriculture, tariffs are lower than those of cars, while Tanzania is and can produce these goods. Our policies are backwards from the developed and growing economies. We have to have realistic changes to positively see progress on all Tanzanians. Not only progress to elites and Wanadaresalaamas? Tanzania is both rural and urban, if we put incentives to youngsters to move to the cities then we should not wander about crimes and all other disruptions because our cities don't even have enough water supplies rather those were put in place by Wakoloni. Time has lapsed, and population has grown. It is time to think ahead, 200 years from now, not 10 or 50 years anymore. Look at Major cities in the world, that were created 1800, are still viable today. e.g. NYC, Rome, London, Moscow, Amsterdam, Cairo, and so on. It is time to think forward and think for the coming generations. My opinion as caring and loving father.

Happy Father's day to you all. It feels good to be a father and certainly to be recognized as part of the larger community. Fatherhood comes with great responsibilities as we all aspire to be great fathers. However, there are some who really still dont understand the greatness of fatherhood, and are still stuck in the childish and or boyish mind-set. If you are that kind of father, please get up and see the world in the bigger and brighter picture because it may be not too late for you to repair the relationship with your child/children and the mother of your kid(s). It never get too late for that-matter, because every one has only one father and mother and that is what matters, especially to a child growing and or teenager who is seeking/claiming his/her identity in the world stage. Make peace with your people today and get one from them today as well. God bless you and you are truly very important figure in your kid(s) life. Understand that, it means a lot to the people you love and to you if you really care. Do some soul searching today and cherish fatherhood life with its greatness. Bring joy to your love one and charge now, because that is all matters,. God Bless You and your love one.
Teach, Liberate, Equip, and Empower Your Children Because They Are Foundation Of Generations To Come.
I know and you all know that there is some of us see things plainly, twisted, straight and zigzag. Have you ever walk in the street and see a mother or father walking with a child screaming, cursing and angry at the child because a child cannot walk faster or she/he is walking and playing at the same time? My point is, in this regard who is acting childish? The parent or the child? Because children are physiologically pruned to play and stay active unless there is something wrong with a child, is sick and or is developmentally disabled. So if parents don’t know that children normally don’t focus unanimously with activities ahead them without been reminded, guided, empowered and or incentivized to do so and with required environments, then the parent is lacking very important quality of been an effect parent. Therefore, the above example of type of parent, of which many of us seen them on the street often, is the result of the proverb that “an apple don’t fall far away from the tree”. Such parent learn from someone who is very close, nurtured him/her, possessed him with the family values and shaped him/her values of life as a whole; usually is parent(s), guardian and or family members. In this regard, unknowable, the parent is passing the same values to his/her children; and it becomes a vicious cycle of life, before you know it is the value of the community and or society.

Bravo President Obama, Osama is dead and no one can deny that. I remember just like yesterday, the fear, terror and sorrow he brought in my home Country Tanzania, when he organized the US Bombing in Dar-Es-Salaam, Tanzania and Nairobi, Kenya; then SS Cole and September 11th. He hated freedom and democracy of other people/nations to choose their ways of life and governing in promoting peace, freedom, liberty and equal justice for all. He was enemy of the making and he deserve not to live in this world. The world will remember you, President Obama and President Bush for comprehensive plans to intensify pressure against terrorism. President Bush's policy of terrorism and African policy that you put in place, at large has produced tremendous gain and fostering quality of life without fear of dictators and blood suckers. President Obama, fostering and capitalizing of Bush's policy toward Africa has produce a positive gain on the war against terrorism, corruption, poverty and HIV/AIDS in Africa. The recent intervention in Libya has once gain proven the world that America does care the welfare of Africa, and self imposed dictators like Muamar Qaddafi,
Laurent Gbagbo, Museven, Mugabe e.t.c can be cornered and Finlay face justice for the atrocities they committed against mankind. the ivory Cost intervention has been successful and lives were saved.

It is about time, the terrorist, Osama Bin Laden-Al Quida and its network, pays the price. He affected so many innocent lives, but in the end he made all peace lovers stronger and united against terror. Thanks to America and its leadership all over the world, for taking down the architecture of SS Cole, US Embassies in TANZANIA and KENYA, and the 911 terror attacks, and give closure to the innocent civilians and their families. This is true leadership of America and its allies who are for peace, lovers and equal justice for all. In God we trust, may those who lost their lives from the acts of the evil, Osama Bin Laden, Rest In Eternal Peace. Justice has been saved, peace and freedom lovers have been vindicated; whereas PEACE, FREEDOM, DEMOCRACY and JUSTICE prevail and proved to be vested in in people as God given rights.
