I agree with 4 points made by Mr. Sinek, as characteristics of Millennials, which parenting style and society instilled on to them gradually. Millennials did not came from the thin air. Pilot Parenting gave us Millennials, who dwell on abstract and Instant Gratification Life. We are in this together. As father and parent, this video clip is the must watch for both parents and kids, not a recommendation. The stakes are far too great.
