I also would like to take this very opportunity to remember your parents Babu and Bibi, your brothers and sisters who are passed and survived by Aunt Florentina. May they also Rest In Peace and we miss them as much as we miss you because they were always parent figures to us and will always be.

Biblical Human Psychology Taught By My Fathers

One will wonder why the title says that I numeral or plural Fathers! It is because we all have more than one Father. Everyone has biological Father, Guardian or Step Father, Role Model or Father Figure, Spiritual or God-Father and above all our Father Who Art In Heaven Lord God Jehovah. They all have meaningful landmark in our presence and life as whole. They have taught us something significant in our lives and they have raised and protect us during the time that we were and when we are vulnerable and defenseless, in our childhood, old age, sickness and all the times of need we have been and we will be through, they have been there for us and thus makes them to be titled as “Our Fathers”.

About teachers, our kids and school taxes

A must read story about teachers, our kids and taxes we pay for primary education. "Teachers' hefty salaries are driving up taxes, and they only work 9 or 10 months a year! It's time we put thing in perspective and pay them for what they do - babysit! We can get that for minimum wage. That's right. Let's give them $3.00 an hour and only the hours they worked; not any of that silly planning time, or any time they spend before or after school. That ...would be $19.50 a day (7:45 to......... 3:00 PM with 45 min. off for lunch and plan-- that equals 6 1/2 hours). Each parent should pay $19.50 a day for these teachers to baby-sit their children. Now how many students do they teach in a day...maybe 30? So that's $19.50 x 30 = $585.00 a day. However, remember they only work 180 days a year!!! I am not going to pay them for any vacations. LET'S SEE.... That's $585 X 180= $105,300 per year. (Hold on! My calculator needs new batteries).What about those special education teachers and the ones with Master's degrees? Well, we could pay them minimum wage ($7.75), and just to be fair, round it off to $8.00 an hour. That would be $8 X 6 1/2 hours X 30 children X 180 days = $280,800 per year. Wait a minute -- there's something wrong here! There sure is!The average teacher's salary (nation wide) is $50,000. $50,000/180 days = $277.77/per day/30 students=$9.25/6.5 hours = $1.42 per hour per student--a very inexpensive baby-sitter and they even EDUCATE your kids!) WHAT A DEAL!!!!Heaven forbid we take into account highly qualified teachers or NCLB...Make a teacher smile; re-post this to show appreciation ♥ all you out there!Share". I endorse this plan because children and parents will partcipate to improve the system, it will significantly lower our school taxes and improve neghbourhoods and communities, it will improve the standard of education and make both parents/children and teachers responsible. We need politicians with back bones to stand up for this education plan plan that will possitively reform our tax codes. You cant put the ownership of school system to only the homeowners and excluding students, parents and teachers who are the main player and sole direct beneficiary, and expect anything positive to come out of it. It is inconsiderate and destroying the fabric of our community, education. Go Figure!

NRA, you dont really care for the 2nd Amendment, you are opportunistic. Second Amendment is as important as 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th and so on, and it is not an "Absolute" without exception. If it was, then go get a grenade, RPG, Missiles e.t.c. They are all "Arms" or Weapons. Right?. If you think it is not okay to have grenade or RPG, that will be considered to be an exception to the Second Amendment. Right? If there is an exception to the Second Amendment, then this right is not an "Absolute". Right? Then what is the beef? I ask you again what is the beef? Do you want to live life like the Founding Fathers back in 1700's? If so how can we facilitate you to go back in the past while we chose to remain in this future? Please educate us Mr. right. On Friday, December 14^th 2012, a gun man entered Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut and gun down killing 20 children and 6 adults. Sadly, kids that he targeted were as you as 5 to 10 years old. 20 innocent lives were snatched out of their parents, siblings, relatives, friends, classmates, community and this great nation of all hands by this gun-man. What these kids did to deserve such heinous killing that sorrows every household in America? Why these five to 7 years old? What did they do to deserve this? Whatever that may be said hereafter is not, should not and will not justify this tragedy and its entirety. What happened here is beyond human recognition and combination of a lot of things in the making for so long now.

Romney conveniently denounced everything he stood for all along from the primaries and now he is endorsing Obama to unseat him from the presidency. How wearied? It was like Obama debating on himself and his conscious-self. This was unmasked and masked Romney who in one minute agreed to what Obama is doing and next minute disagreed and didn't stood up for what he has lived up for in the entire campaign/election season. He is conveniently Fillip-flopping to win both ways that is not leadership in the world stage as leader of the free-world.

Deoxyribo-Nucleic Acid (DNA) is the biological (genes) and chemical makeup of all living things. It encodes and transmits genetic information that is important in identifying living organisms and components of organisms, which is a hereditary process (Le Page, 2011).    Corporate DNA is made up of complex and unique individuals of an organization. To understand the term DNA,  how it functions as one system or as subsystems collectively and working together as one system/organism will help the OD professional by analyzing functions of a single employee that translates to groups and whole organization’s employees collectively in a systemic way.  An organization is made up of people with cultures and beliefs, which are the underlying aspects that will need to be addressed by the OD professionals during corporate culture change (Fagiano, 1994). Any small misunderstanding from the OD team can cause a growing seed of resistance. Also, it is very important to clarify such misunderstanding at an early stage. Thus, OD professionals must understand how to persuade each and every individual at all levels within the organization, as well as, cooperating and implementing the OD functions, which are the organizational goals.

The article, Altering the Corporate DNA, is the reinvention of corporate culture, which in many cases is when an organization changes the way its employees are carrying out their daily duties by making production of goods and services more effective and in an efficient way. This process is the main function of the OD.             The cultural change that Sticks is an article that was published by the Harvard Law Review, profiling the Organization Development (OD) that was responsible for change at Aetna. Aetna’s business model was under attack going through law-suits and its economy was declining. According to Katzenbach, Steffen & Kronley, (2012), most if not all, of Aetna’s problems were caused by its old corporate culture, “Mother Aetna”, that was in the making for approximately 150 years. They further that Aetna’s culture advocated for very risky and unprofessional practices tolerated by its management and leadership.

How did that got the employees and communities??????????? Few investors benefited chunk of salvaged companies/industries.

While president Obama looked inferior, defenseless and to some points professorial. Sometimes, he has to answer question in a simple and clear cut ways. Gov. Romney did that very often. Gov. Romney gave a lot of opening that President Obama could Crack wide open but he did not do it. Another thing is President Obama did not look comfortable and did little to look up, lifting up his head and live up to the moment defending himself.
