2014 Winter Snow Storms

 The Feb 13th to 14th 2014  Snow storm that brought us the tenths of inches of snow. Let alone the tenth of inches from the previous back to back storms that was already on the ground. Thank you for your energy and enthusiasm you have shown. You have energized us Valerian Family. We are delighted to have you as one of us and I missed talking to him, Valerian Sr., on the phone every Sunday as we used to. R.I.P. Baba Valerian. Yeah man. Auntie Flo and her followers are ramping up the psycholgical war-fare. But this will end up to the Tanzanian Supreme Court and may be ICJ. You said it very well. Land is not candy one can give another in secretes without following proper channel of the law. The problem to her is to find the dead and verify every information she has and the burden of proof is on her. She can rally all of them but none of them can answer a damn question if I ask them, So let her go. This is hatred at its core. I cannot imagine how hateful this Auntie has turn to be. It is work of the devil. Times are testing and people have got to accept Jesus as their savoior. How can someone try to get what does not belong to him or her like that. I thought that the time for Chagga Tribal Traditions that surpressing woman (Widow) and the surviving children has passed, but i gues I was wrong. We are victims of this old tired up tradition now. I guess common sense has lot its truck in today's world. She is very confident, we gotta give her some kudos for that. Kudos to the followers too.

Let me see how they are going to kick us out of there. I cannot wait to see how. I will laugh so bad. How is the messanger going to say? How can someone foregn come to the home that we were born and raised and still own to tell us that we gotta go because Flo and Crew own the home now? I cannot wait to see that messange facing angry 6 men, grown men and their family with our Queeen, my mother telling us it is time to ramp it up, pack up and vacate. I cannot wait that day and a minute. I mean, even Valerian III, a four Year old, who has been there once will not understand these trumps and clowns. She is is really lost and she need prayers. Im not laughing, she need prayers. Everybody, please pray for her to come into her senses, her supporters too. I dont know what cool-aid they drunk but that must be a strong one and heavey one too.

I would like to conclude that Auntie Florentina, Kaka Ben and some few of their followers are just small number of people that clinging to these Chagga People outdated Tribal Traditional mentality/practices that opress widows and family members of the decesed closed relatives. To Valerian Family they truly got an up-hill battle, as you eloquently explained. These are not Christians and dont know the Christ as Babu Balthazar and Bibi Manyaki did. QUESTION, ANYONE SEEN THESE PEOPLE PRAYING OR PRACTICING CHRISTIANITY IN THEIR ACTS? please present the community with evidence, because My Auntie and so far, Kaka Ben are the Anti-Christ Family member I have known by both actions and their own Verbal Admisions. It is just that they are surrounded by very hypocritical small minor who wont tell them the truth, because some how these few, small minorities, benefit from them one way or the other or are scared of them.

On the other hand, I will say that they like to hear what they want to hear and thy are living in the buble, but the bubble is about to burst. Remember when We Went To See Auntie in Shanty Town and what he said about Little Patrik coming to NY for church and how she was disapointed for that? How can a parent figure be disapointed on a young man she calls her son be involved with the church? She was ranting about it for long and it is not the first time i heard her saying anti-chirst things. Let's be honest here, it is satanic and devilsh by nature. The same force used to denouce Christ like activities, is leading her to denounce my father Valerian as her blood brother and her desire to chase my mother at the very house and home she help to build with her husband-Valerian and renovaleted/restored by us-Their Children; and it is the same force strengthen her hatred tward all humanity and mankind. I call upon the Blood Of Jesus to stop these Evil Forces using her, Kaka Ben and their followers.

God has done many miracles and this is one of them. Belive me they will be saved by the Blood of Jesus asap, if they accept Jesus as the Savior and the Lord. However, they better keep their distance all together because emotions are way too high for a human being to handle. This is dispeakable in this day and age. Amen they will come to God and amen God will cleanse them, amen they will repent, amen we will maintain boundaries and keep our outonomy at our home. Free and peaceful at our home at last, thanks God Almighty.!

His legacy is the greatness of our society and people who cherish what he dedicated his entire life for. He was great man and did great things. He feared no one but God and he spoke "the truth". He did not live his life over the worldly staged soundbites that clings in to the human fear and dogma that make human being to live life and act like robots. 

He was one courageous freeman and leader who relentlessly fought for what he believed. His convictions on Civil rights, Freedom, Democracy, war Against Poverty and Equal Justice System  are his legacy we have to live up to and pass on to the coming generations. Dr. King, you are my hero and certainly hero of the many and the unknown. For that we thank God Almighty for your legacy.

The looseness on the welfare system (corporate and social) is making some recipients to act-like and becoming vultures. It is biblical, "thou shalt not eat if thou dont work" and "thou shall be thrown to jail until he pays the last cent he owes". 

Government is of the people by the people and for the people. Founder never intended to form a government that is like Jesus who came to save the world or like God who we are obliged to worship. 

As Reagan said, get the gov. out of peoples' ways. Until we stop to worshiping government like it is God and not treating it like it is Jesus our savior, we are still doomed because first we are breaking the fist commandment, second we are becoming captives of the very institution that should and has to be ours and not v/s.

The US Government In Shut-Down Mode & Soon To Default, Over Obamacare?!

Constitutional responsibilities are Congress to pass bills and president to sign them into law and not vice versa. So if congress don’t pass the laws, such as funding the government for already passed and signed into law bills, Obamacare in this front, is not president's malpractice here, because no bill is passed l, CR to fund government, and constitution don’t give the president an absolute power to run the government without congressional approval. Then, how is this governmental shut down become presidential blame? GOP got us in this messy and they need to get us and themselves out of it asap.

The US Congress number one job is to pass the bills to authorize government payment of its bills, which of course are resulting from approved US congress spending bills. Now to add the coming debt ceiling in the equation is getting even darker because it is starting to look like hostage taking negotiations and anything can happen when you have such spinning of roles.

President Clinton Aids Obama Marketing the ObamaCare, Obama's signature domestic achievement. While i disagree on how President Obama has marketing and selling the Affordable Care Act known as Obamacare, i agree with the approach that President Clinton is taking. He is using his skills and outreach he has gained and done in Africa and the world for decades to help Americans to understand the importance of the Affordable Care Act. This is the best thing that can happen to the Obama Presidency. If President Clinton and Bush have made such a tremendous success in Africa, as far as healthcare is concerned, they can make even better results for America. Africa is way rigid and undeveloped compare to America, and together, these two former presidents have put a dent in the spread and killings of HIV AIDS and Malaria. They have saved millions of lives and are among the world's heroes alive today. So, their experience in the healthcare and involvement in the US domestic policies as former presidents could help greatly on how to improve and deliver quality health care here at home. The infrastructure is there the will is there they just need to market it and sell it to the American people.

American Exceptionalism Is Not A Myth

Since Russian President Putin published his pathetic remarks that the world is at danger for America been considered to be an exceptional nation, many have wondered if this is at all true? Look, it is a Russian president we are talking about here. The leader of the soul of USSR, Russia, that was so resistant to America and her freedom to the world. Russia and the then USSR, which proved itself to continue to be the stronghold of communism, socialism and dictatorship that is suppressing and devastated Africa, East Europe, Far East Asian and South America is not expected to be credible counterpart of America when come to things like freedom and democracy. There is no single act of terror and or one man kind act can shake this great nation of all;. likewise no one or an act that can alter the DNA of her peoples and the belief they have in common good, dignity, individual rights, democracy, freedom, liberty and pursue of happiness, while perfecting her greatest union.

Hence, it is not by mistake that America, the "New World", is home of immigrants and the braves, and the exceptional place that all mankind find common goals, purposes and togetherness.

Time Warner Cable/security Services Poor Reviews

I Have been Time Warner Cable internet and security customer for as long as i can remember. But lateyl Time Warner Cable has been watered down its services so bad to the breaking point. Their strategy is to call and rename their services some new hi-tech big names like "intelligent home security" or "standard or basic internet services". This is so bad even te third world countries in Africa have got good and fast internet services. Let me tell u about intelligent home security services. It entirely relay on internet and time Warner internet is so bad so the security module blinds every 5 minutes because the internet is dropping the ball all the time. Mind you that they install like 4 to 5 modems for just having the home security and internet. The level of dissatisfaction with Time Warner Services is so bad to the red red red red red flag. The upload and download speed is very low they lie about these rates all the time. Today technician did not only lie about the speed he blamed on the National Grid power surge causing my internet speed Low and groping frequency been high. How bafbad can it get? Im compute and hi-tech savvy and i neversee this level of incompetence and corporate voucher system. How could bad internet services blamed on National Grid? Do you have Time Warner Services? If so, share your experience with their services here in this replacing forum. Let's call them up guys, Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR ) is the citizenship of organizations. Now after all, since President Obama became the 44th US president, situation speaks for itself.  Pertaining the history and present, you are left to draw your own conclusion about current and future of race in America. Mine is simple, there is always the elephant in the room, racism in America because that is the fact and anyone that denies that is not sincere or rational about America at all. One can cry or dismiss this fact, but analysis is simple, study the past and present by looking at the correlations. It does not mean that all people are racist or one has to be politically correct, but just the simple truths about the conversations we have on the kitchen table and what aspires people to connect to the past in deciding and acting the we act both in private and public. It is only a single generation to the past of legalized racism and Jim Crow Laws. So dismissing it is loosing the eye to the ball and that crucial life changing conversations we all should have about race in America and shape a new prosperous future with unity as one people not judged by our skin color but our characters and or the color of our eyes.

Shout-Out To Education and Getting Educated!

Information is an important part of knowledge and knowledge is power. Both acquiring information and getting skills and experience is to be knowledgeable and educated. Hence, Education is key to better life and to get educated is to acquire a disciplinary experience, skills, knowledge and information about something that is intended to improve and or develop the humanity in one way or the other. One can be book-smart without getting educated. Such person is someone who scores "A"s, graduating with flying-color grades, but struggles to to put in place the education he/she acquired in a meaningful ways, to improve himself and the humanity.  

Therefore, there are very unique people who accomplished graduate education/studies while working, taking care of their families and be responsible member of the society at the same time without any outside help whatsoever.  I salute and respect them and their endeavors, thus far. It is apparent that their spouses and children, loved ones, sacrificed a great deal in their partners' and parents' graduate studies endeavor. In this case, I salute my beautiful wife and kids for being there for me always and in this challenging time; and I thank the almighty God Jehovah for all he has granted onto me all my life as I'm pursing the end of graduate studies, tackling job related difficulties, be responsible parent to our beautiful children and be an active member of the bigger family and society at large. Prays be to God in trinity, Amen.

Abstract:

This research paper is focusing on, “How Information Systems as Form of Information Technology Transformed the Role Of Human Resources At Vanderheyden Hall Inc.”. HR is made up of individuals who are the workforce of the agency, and HR Department is the union between employees and the agency management. However, the HR department functions within Vanderheyden Hall Inc. is accountable for the overall responsibility for implementing strategies and policies relating to the management of all employees, the agency’s daily activities while transcribing and enforcing the agency’s policies that are rooted from the mission statement and vision of Vanderheyden Hall Inc. There, is where we find a massive involvement of the Information Technology (IT) Department that is solemnly accountable to monitor and put in place Information Systems (IS) that collects data, facilitates and makes HR Department jobs easy, effective and efficient.  At Vanderheyden HR Department, collaborating with the IT Department has improved the success of using middle management. Vanderheyden Hall, as the Community and Human Services/Healthcare, Not-For-Profit agency, has been successful transforming itself into effective and efficient departments by using Information Systems (IS), which are well managed by its investment in the Information Technologies (IT) that are monitored by its IT Department working closely with the Human Resources Department insuring the desired out comes. However, like many other businesses in America, Vanderheyden is suffering the loss of man-to-man (face-to-face) contacts and its benefits that can also be beneficial and has proven so in the past. The critique is to balance and be professional.

Mr. Zimmeman is "Not Guilty". He is free man walking. I predicted this because Jurors are not God to get into Mr. Zimmerman's head and figure out how terrified of his life he was to shot Mr. Martin, or how hateful he was to pursue and kill Mr. Martin even after he was told by dispatcher to stop following him. Lesson for all, "Justice" is about the process and not the outcome, that's why it is important to remember that only God render justice.

How Can Tanzania Respond To The Attention That Is Getting From The World's Largest Economies i.e. US and China?  This is valid question for every Tanzanian to ask himself or herself. No doubt that Tanzania has received huge attention from both China and the United Ustates of America. Make mistakes, these are the world's largest economies and economic powerhouse of the global markets, although their ratio and magnitude is hugely varried, Tanzania is in the middle of it and no doubt about it at all.

The New Chinese president, his first tour was in Tanzania, about 3 months ago from today; First president to meet with President Obama at White House after 2009 inauguration was Tanzanian President Kikwete; President Bush, Clinton (with their wives/First Ladies) and Bill Gates have made Tanzania their second home; and All US presidents touring Africa, starting with Bill Clinton must stop by Tanzania and spend chink of time there. What is it there? Whatever that is Tanzania loves them and loves America, no doubts about it. American culture has great influence there and it is good thing.

I didn't want to do this, but i have to. 5 years today, we lost our dearest beloved Father, Mawalimu Valerian Senior. R.I.P. Baba Pendo. We love you and we believe to meeting you again in the eternal peace. Because we believe and we are believers. I also would like to take this very opportunity to remember your parents Babu and Bibi, your brothers and sisters who are passed and survived by Aunt Florentina. May they also Rest In Peace and we miss them as much as we miss you because they were always parent figures to us and will always be.

Biblical Human Psychology Taught By My Fathers

One will wonder why the title says that I numeral or plural Fathers! It is because we all have more than one Father. Everyone has biological Father, Guardian or Step Father, Role Model or Father Figure, Spiritual or God-Father and above all our Father Who Art In Heaven Lord God Jehovah. They all have meaningful landmark in our presence and life as whole. They have taught us something significant in our lives and they have raised and protect us during the time that we were and when we are vulnerable and defenseless, in our childhood, old age, sickness and all the times of need we have been and we will be through, they have been there for us and thus makes them to be titled as “Our Fathers”.

About teachers, our kids and school taxes

A must read story about teachers, our kids and taxes we pay for primary education. "Teachers' hefty salaries are driving up taxes, and they only work 9 or 10 months a year! It's time we put thing in perspective and pay them for what they do - babysit! We can get that for minimum wage. That's right. Let's give them $3.00 an hour and only the hours they worked; not any of that silly planning time, or any time they spend before or after school. That ...would be $19.50 a day (7:45 to......... 3:00 PM with 45 min. off for lunch and plan-- that equals 6 1/2 hours). Each parent should pay $19.50 a day for these teachers to baby-sit their children. Now how many students do they teach in a day...maybe 30? So that's $19.50 x 30 = $585.00 a day. However, remember they only work 180 days a year!!! I am not going to pay them for any vacations. LET'S SEE.... That's $585 X 180= $105,300 per year. (Hold on! My calculator needs new batteries).What about those special education teachers and the ones with Master's degrees? Well, we could pay them minimum wage ($7.75), and just to be fair, round it off to $8.00 an hour. That would be $8 X 6 1/2 hours X 30 children X 180 days = $280,800 per year. Wait a minute -- there's something wrong here! There sure is!The average teacher's salary (nation wide) is $50,000. $50,000/180 days = $277.77/per day/30 students=$9.25/6.5 hours = $1.42 per hour per student--a very inexpensive baby-sitter and they even EDUCATE your kids!) WHAT A DEAL!!!!Heaven forbid we take into account highly qualified teachers or NCLB...Make a teacher smile; re-post this to show appreciation ♥ all you out there!Share". I endorse this plan because children and parents will partcipate to improve the system, it will significantly lower our school taxes and improve neghbourhoods and communities, it will improve the standard of education and make both parents/children and teachers responsible. We need politicians with back bones to stand up for this education plan plan that will possitively reform our tax codes. You cant put the ownership of school system to only the homeowners and excluding students, parents and teachers who are the main player and sole direct beneficiary, and expect anything positive to come out of it. It is inconsiderate and destroying the fabric of our community, education. Go Figure!

NRA, you dont really care for the 2nd Amendment, you are opportunistic. Second Amendment is as important as 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th and so on, and it is not an "Absolute" without exception. If it was, then go get a grenade, RPG, Missiles e.t.c. They are all "Arms" or Weapons. Right?. If you think it is not okay to have grenade or RPG, that will be considered to be an exception to the Second Amendment. Right? If there is an exception to the Second Amendment, then this right is not an "Absolute". Right? Then what is the beef? I ask you again what is the beef? Do you want to live life like the Founding Fathers back in 1700's? If so how can we facilitate you to go back in the past while we chose to remain in this future? Please educate us Mr. right. NewTown, Connecticut Shooting Tragedy

On Friday, December 14^th 2012, a gun man entered Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut and gun down killing 20 children and 6 adults. Sadly, kids that he targeted were as you as 5 to 10 years old. 20 innocent lives were snatched out of their parents, siblings, relatives, friends, classmates, community and this great nation of all hands by this gun-man. What these kids did to deserve such heinous killing that sorrows every household in America? Why these five to 7 years old? What did they do to deserve this? Whatever that may be said hereafter is not, should not and will not justify this tragedy and its entirety. What happened here is beyond human recognition and combination of a lot of things in the making for so long now.
